Digital Delivery (Instant Download)

All products offered on Calm & Color are digital downloads, meaning no physical items are shipped.
Once your payment is successfully confirmed, your files will be available for immediate download.

In some cases, payment verification may take up to 24 hours.
This delay is caused by your bank or payment provider, not by our system. As soon as your payment is approved, your download link will be automatically released.

Returns & Refunds

Because all items are digital products, they cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered.

For this reason, we do not accept refunds or returns.
Once a file has been downloaded, the product is considered delivered in full.
